Family Trainer: Aerobics Studio is a rhythm-based exercise game released for the Nintendo Famicom in Japan on February 26, 1987. Published by Bandai, it is the third installment in the Family Trainer series and is recognized by Guinness World Records as the first rhythm video game ever released.
