Returns, Refunds & Vintage Item Policy

RetroNation specializes in vintage, used, and collectible video game products. Many of the items we sell are over 10 years old, and in some cases much older.

Because of the age and collectible nature of these products, all items are tested for up to 14 days before being listed for sale. Unless clearly stated otherwise in the product description, items are sold in expected working condition at the time of listing.

If an item has a known issue, defect, missing part, cosmetic flaw, or functional limitation, we will disclose it in the product listing before purchase.

All sales are final. RetroNation does not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, compatibility issues, cosmetic preferences, accidental purchases, or issues that were already disclosed in the product listing.

In the rare event that an item arrives non-functional and the issue was not disclosed in the listing, RetroNation may offer a replacement when available. Buyers are responsible for shipping costs to and from RetroNation for any replacement service.

Because vintage electronics and collectible game products can fail over time, RetroNation cannot guarantee future lifespan, long-term performance, or compatibility with every console, display, accessory, modification, or regional hardware setup.

By purchasing from RetroNation, you acknowledge that you are buying vintage, used, or collectible products and agree to these terms.
