    All items in our inventory are tested for up to 7 days before sale. Items are then bagged to protect the case and contents, much like you'd find at stores in Japan.

  • CARING

    Any item over 200.00 automatically gets a video created showing it in working condition; this video is shared with the buyer before shipping. It's just one of many steps to give you the best shopping experience.

  • SHIPPING

    Most items sold at Retronation have FREE SHIPPING inside the United States and North America. Currently we do not ship outside North America.
