Daruma Dojo

Match, stack, and clear your way through one of the Super Famicom's more distinctive Japanese puzzle games with Daruma Dojo. Released in Japan on February 10, 1995 and published by DEN'Z, the game was developed by Metro and adapts the company's earlier arcade puzzle title for Nintendo's 16-bit console. Players manipulate colorful pieces and daruma-themed blocks to create clears, build combinations, and keep the playfield under control as the challenge steadily increases.

Gamer Fact: Daruma Dojo originally appeared in Japanese arcades in 1994 before being converted to the Super Famicom the following year. The home version retained Metro's unusual daruma-themed puzzle design while DEN'Z handled the console release, making it one of the more obscure arcade-to-Super Famicom conversions of the mid-1990s.

What's Included:

• Original Daruma Dojo Japanese Super Famicom Cartridge
• Original Super Famicom Cardboard Box
• Original Japanese Instruction Manual

Compatibility Note: This is an authentic Japanese Super Famicom release. Japanese Super Famicom cartridges use the same underlying electrical cartridge interface as North American SNES hardware, but the cartridge shells and console slots are physically shaped differently. A Japanese cartridge will not fit normally into an unmodified North American SNES without removing or bypassing the internal plastic tabs, using an appropriate adapter, or using compatible region-free hardware.
