Ice Climber is a vertical platforming game developed by Nintendo R&D1 and released for the Family Computer (Famicom) in Japan on January 30, 1985. Players control Popo (and Nana in two-player mode) as they scale 32 icy mountains to retrieve stolen vegetables from a giant condor.
