Legendz: Gekitou! Saga Battle

Released in Japan on December 16, 2004, Legendz: Gekitou! Saga Battle is a 3D arena-style fighting game developed by Bandai for the PlayStation 2, based on the popular anime and manga franchise. Players take control of various "Saga" characters who can summon and command powerful monsters known as Legendz, such as the iconic wind dragon Shiron, to engage in fast-paced combat. 

The gameplay emphasizes a "Soul Figure" system where players can execute devastating combination attacks and special moves by building up energy through successful hits and dodges. While it remained a Japan-exclusive release, it is fondly remembered by fans of the series for its faithful cel-shaded character models and for capturing the high-energy monster-battling spirit of the original show.
