Melty Blood Actress Again

Enter the fast, technical world of Melty Blood: Actress Again, the PlayStation 2 adaptation of the arcade fighting game based on TYPE-MOON’s Tsukihime universe. Released in Japan on August 20, 2009 and published by Ecole Software, the game was developed by French-Bread and features a large roster of characters battling with rapid movement, aerial combos, shields, reversals, and character-specific special attacks. The game’s defining Style Select system lets players choose between Crescent Moon, Half Moon, and Full Moon styles, giving each fighter different mechanics, meter behavior, and strategic options.

Gamer Fact: The PlayStation 2 version adds new content beyond the arcade release, including playable Ryougi Shiki from The Garden of Sinners. It also expands the series’ combat system with the three-style mechanic, giving every character multiple distinct ways to play rather than relying on a single fixed moveset.
