Released in Japan on August 21, 1997,Robo Pit 2 is a 3D robot-building and fighting game developed by Altron for the PlayStation. As a direct sequel to the original Robo Pit, it expanded significantly on its predecessor by introducing more RPG-like elements, a more cohesive story mode, and a vast selection of over 100 pre-designed robot fighters and customizable parts. Players battle in various arenas to defeat opponents and salvage their parts to further upgrade their own mechanical gladiators.
