Silent Bomber

Turn the battlefield into a chain reaction of destruction in Silent Bomber, a fast-paced 3D action game built around explosives rather than conventional gunfire. Released in Japan on October 28, 1999 and published by Bandai, the game was developed by CyberConnect and follows operative Jutah Fate as he infiltrates the massive battleship Dante. Players lock bombs onto enemies and structures, detonate them manually, and combine standard explosives with special abilities such as Napalm, Paralysis, and Gravity to clear rooms and defeat large mechanical enemies.

Gamer Fact: Silent Bomber was one of the final games developed under the original CyberConnect name before the studio reorganized as CyberConnect2 in 2001. The developer had previously created Tail Concerto, making Silent Bomber an interesting early look at the studio years before it became widely known for the .hack and Naruto: Ultimate Ninja series.
